Prime location, a bit noisy but value for money. Fast free wifi was good.
Breakfast wasn't brilliant but you're spoilt for choice in the area. It is a hostel, do not expect too much and you'll be happy.

excellent location near major squares, decent breakfast included in price, balconies without furniture
Rooms are tiny, with awkward layouts!!! Bathrooms lack storage for toiletries and suffer from shower issues. No shampoo or conditioner provided!!! Expect noisy nights due to nearby clubs!!!

The folks at the front desk were wonderful and helpful. Centrally located, the hotel is within easy walking distance of Madrid's attractions and landmarks. Wonderful!!!
Centrally located, the hotel suffers from proximity to Madrid's noisiest and most persistent nightlife. A good night's sleep is not readily available unless you use earplugs.

The charming staff made breakfast special daily, serving fresh bread and good conversations. Tucked away from the street noise, grab a room on a higher floor for serenity. Perfect for couples exploring the lively city!

It is a good hotel if you want to stay in the center of Madrid, everything is within walking range.
My girfriend found it a little noisy, due to the discoteques on the street just outside the hotel.

The room had an odor similar to a sewage plant. If you could imagine springs coming through the mattress, you understand. The towels had more holes than material. Since you charge a fair price, a client should receive nothing less than fair accomodations. I would not return to this property due to the above conditions

The place is clean and well priced. Make sure you stay in the triple room with the view of the city. Glad to have climate control and coffee. The staff are courteous and the location is marvellous in the heart of Madrid. Plus, this hotel is close to the center, the Palacio Real and Gran Via, and cathedral.
